Dear CoinSavi Users,
CoinSavi will support the token swap from Polygon (MATIC) to Polygon (POL). We will automatically complete the swap from MATIC to POL for MATIC holders on CoinSavi.
The arrangements are as follows:
Deposit and withdrawal
Deposit and withdrawal services for MATIC on the Polygon (MATIC) network will be suspended at 5:00:00 on September 3, 2024 (UTC).
Deposit and withdrawal services for ERC-20 MATIC will be suspended at 23:50:00 on September 5, 2024 (UTC).
Changes to trading services
CoinSavi will delist MATIC from the Swing asset list at 3:00:00 on September 4, 2024 (UTC). We recommend that you close your Swing MATIC positions as soon as possible.
CoinSavi will suspend SPOT services on all pairs with MATIC as the base asset at 00:00:00 on September 6, 2024 (UTC). We recommend that you cancel your pending SPOT orders for MATIC before this time.
Token Swap of Polygon (MATIC) to Polygon (POL)
Snapshot and swap: To complete the swap, CoinSavi will take a snapshot of users’ MATIC balances at 8:00:00 on September 6, 2024 (UTC). After the snapshot, we will convert MATIC to POL at a ratio of 1:1 (1 MATIC = 1 POL).
Deposit, withdrawal, and trading services for POL will not be affected and will continue to operate normally.
Please note:
Minimum holding for eligibility: 2 MATIC.
MATIC tokens that are in the process of being deposited or withdrawn at the time of the snapshot will not be counted towards your MATIC balance.
