Instructions to fix the problem of losing Google Authentication (2FA) to log in to your account on CoinSavi. Hopefully it will help you quickly resolve your problem.

Google Authentication, abbreviated as Google Auth or Google 2FA on CoinSavi, is a free application to help us secure our accounts. This application is available on the Google Play store and Apple Apps store platforms.

After installing the application on your phone and successfully setting up 2-layer security on your CoinSavi account, each time you access the CoinSavi exchange on any device, you must enter the random 6-digit code of Google Authentication - obtained in the Google Auth application only on your phone. See the article on enabling the Google Authentication feature.

However, if you accidentally change your phone to a phone that contains the Google Authentication app, or you have a problem losing Google Auth, CoinSavi still has a solution for you to turn off this feature and log in normally, follow these instructions:

Step 1: Go to the CoinSavi app, click on the account box, select Security, Select Authentication

Step 2: Click on I lost my Authentication

Step 3: Take a photo as required and upload the image for security purposes

Step 4: The system will send an email confirming your request.

Step 5: After CoinSavi's customer service team checks, you will be able to disable authentication.
